We will always quote you a fixed fee with no hidden extras to undertake service of your documents and provide you with a Statement of Service

Up to three visits

If necessary we will make up to three attempts at personal service of your documents, of course we appreciate the importance of serving the documents promptly so wherever possible they will be served on the first or second attendance

Proof of Service

Once served we will provide you with a Certificate or Statement of Service in a Court compliant format

Coverage

We have local Process Server available in London, Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle ready to accept your instructions and serve your documents.

No hidden costs

There are no hidden charges in our £99 fixed fee service.

We will make up to three attempts at service of documents to a single individual / entity at a single address and provide you with a Court compliant Statement or Certificate of Service.

We are happy to accept your instruction by email and there is no charge for printing up to 25 pages.

Up to 3 visits

Our fixed fee of £95 allows for up to three attempts at service on a single individual / entity at a single address.

These attendances will be made on different days and at different times.

Obviously we will endeavour to serve the documents at the earliest opportunity which in many cases will be on the initial attendance.

Proof of Service

Once your documents have been served we will prepare and provide you with a Statement or Certificate of Service depending on which is appropriate.

This Statement or Certificate will be in a Court compliant format.

Provision of the Statement or Certificate of Service is included in the £99 fixed fee service.

If you should require an Affidavit of Service this can be prepared and sworn for a fee of £25.
